How to journal 101

Hi friend!

I am writing a how to journal blog, BECAUSE journaling is an incredible tool to grow and better understand yourself.

When you are starting your personal development journey, it can feel overwhelming and I want to take all the confusion out!

Easy ways to start journaling-

  1. Write what you are grateful for, 5-10 things!
  2. Write what you love about yourself, 5 things!
  3. What impact do you want to make? (today and everyday)
  4. At night, little recap of what felt good and what didn’t.
  5. Write how you can show yourself more love. ( being more mindful, treating yourself. etc.)

I highly recommend taking one or two of those prompts and doing them everyday! Start to make it a routine for you.

journaling is something I always talk about because it changed my life, and I know it could change yours.
