- Put yourself FIRST. (no that’s not selfish.)
- Hangout with people who support you and make you feel GOOD.
- Drink water. ( water has a very high frequency and helps move energy.)
- Move your body! Workout, take a walk, dance around or do whatever feels good. Just make sure you move your body.
- Journal your feelings out. I can’t stress this enough.
- Less social media and more living!!
- Meditate. Take 5 minutes a day to tune in to your energy and connect to the universe
- Gratitude. Gratitude. Gratitude. Can’t say enough about gratitude and loving where you are.
- Get outside and breathe. Nature is healing. Fresh air and just being outside can change your whole energy!!
- Give yourself some LOVE. Celebrate where you are. you deserve to be happy and fully support yourself.
