The energy is crazy right now because we are shifting as a collective in consciousness. That means we are going to feel heightened emotions, anxiety, brain fog, headaches, nausea and more.

With everything that has happened this year it has all been to shift and evolve. As the world evolves it’s so important to take care of yourself.
Here are 5 ways to ground yourself during this time/
- Daily Root Meditation– Visualize you feet planted in the ground. See a pink light connecting you.
- Drink tons of water! Water helps release and detox!
- Lots of rest and sleep/ before you go to bed say I choose to stay in my body tonight. ( when the world is shifting it’s easier for your body to more restless.)
- Less Social Media! I can’t stress this one enough. With emotions heightened having too much time indulging can make everything more intense.
- Tune into your intuition/ Now more than ever, it is so important to have.
