Hello beautiful soul!
I know that letting go can seem impossible, so I wanted to give you journal prompts to help you understand how simple it gets to be.
I want to dive in first to what letting go means energetically.
I am not talking about letting go for manifestations, I am talking about letting go of the past.
When you are in the deep healing phase and it’s time to let go of the situations and traumas that you are holding on to, it’s about freeing yourself.
Not forgetting it or holding any regret or resentment.
here are some ways to free your mind and soul:
What is it that you are holding on to? Get clear on what you are carrying around with you.
How does this make you feel? (heavy or expansive)
What would it feel like if none of that defined you anymore?
What would it feel like to show up free from the past?
It’s time to get a list of everything that has ever happened to you. Take as much time as you need with this.
After you get you list, write down what each event/situation and/or traumas have taught you.
I know this seems impossible at first, but trust me this will help you.
When you are able to look at everything that has ever happened to you and see how it has made you stronger, that is how you free yourself.
You will start to see how you wouldn’t be the strong, beautiful soul you are today without them.
After you see what everything has brought to you, It’s time to forgive yourself.
Write a letter to yourself, pour out everything you wish someone would have said to you. Forgive yourself and know that you did everything you could.
After you write it rip it up and say “I love and forgive myself. I am exactly where I am meant to be. I am choosing to free my mind, body and soul. Thank you universe for being here with me.”
