Hello Beautiful Soul!

Healing your heart and holding gratitude is the most important steps to living freely.

It is also a key step in manifesting.

When you can be grateful for where you are, the universe can feel that and sends you more of what you are vibrating out.

Here are some prompts to help you open your heart:

What is it that you are holding on to?

What do you wish happened? and why?

When was the first time you remember feeling angry? (take some time here and try to remember if you can)

Growing up how did you feel about your life?

If you could say anything to your younger self, what would it be? ( write a letter to your younger self.)

Is there anything you haven’t forgiven yourself for? and why?

I want you to know, you did the best you could with what you knew. Everything is always happening for us to help us grow. I know It may to seem like that sometimes, but I promise there is a reason for it.

You are beyond worthy of your forgiveness.

Now looking at your life, when was the last time you felt angry? or you wished things were different?

If you could have your wishes granted right now, what would you ask for? How would you want to feel?

Get a list going of every single emotion and feeling you want.

From here I want you to start bringing these feelings into your life now.

This process takes repetition and the knowing that you deserve to feel GOOD.

You are worthy of feeling good.
