Hello beautiful soul!

I know that anxiety can feel over powering.

It may even make you feel powerless.

Be patient with yourself and know that you are protected.

Everything happens for a reason and that includes anxiety.

What we experience is always here for us, to help us evolve.

If you are experiencing anxiety here are some questions to ask yourself:

When you are experiencing anxiety how do you feel? Try to get clear on this and describe what emotions you feel.

When was the first time you felt those emotions? and why?

What happens when you are experiencing anxiety?

What would make you feel in control? and why?

What would make you feel protected? and why?

How do you feel throughout your day?

Are you happy with where you are?

Do you believe you are divinely guided?

How do you want to feel?

How do you want your days to feel?

Do you believe that can happen for you?

You aren’t just worthy of living your desires.

They are your birthright.

You deserve to live freely and know how protected you are.

Here are some statements to say throughout your day:

I am protected

I am guided

I am safe

I am exactly where I am meant to be
